Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Developer Support Technical Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand data output from our Developer Support Engineers to find areas for training
- Liaise with Developer Support Leads to find SMEs for providing training in each specific area
- Identify technical areas in which our customers can benefit from additional documentation and training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have 2-3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Demonstrated ability to find patterns in data Understanding of the support ticket lifecycle
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, while understanding their sense of urgency
- Creative mindset, with a focus in storytelling and influencing their peers, and leaders
- Attention to detail, while also understanding the big picture
