Job Summary

An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Developer Support Technical Trainer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understand data output from our Developer Support Engineers to find areas for training
  • Liaise with Developer Support Leads to find SMEs for providing training in each specific area
  • Identify technical areas in which our customers can benefit from additional documentation and training

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have 2-3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
  • Demonstrated ability to find patterns in data Understanding of the support ticket lifecycle
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, while understanding their sense of urgency
  • Creative mindset, with a focus in storytelling and influencing their peers, and leaders
  • Attention to detail, while also understanding the big picture
