Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Developer Tier 2 Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating and solving challenging and time-sensitive production issues
- Managing an evolving queue of support tickets
- Researching, troubleshooting and developing solutions in web-based and mobile web SaaS applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years’ experience in full stack .NET development
- Demonstrated experience working with Relational Databases, SQLand writing database queries
- Experience developing and working with APIs and Web services
- Eagerness to learn new and unfamiliar technologies
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills and the ability to problem solve and think critically
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
