Remote Development Director

Job Summary

A non-profit education agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Directly engaging community college decision makers
• Tracking new opportunities and revenue to support forecasting and growth management
• Developing growth strategy for new institution recruitment

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 45% of the time to local, statewide, and national community colleges
• Master's degree, preferably in the field of Mathematics education, business, nonprofit management or related field
• Experience in a senior community college or higher education leadership role
• Business development experience in higher education (nonprofit or for profit)
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
