Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Development Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and overseeing strategy for increasing goals and overall giving
- Developing year-end fundraising and annual fundraising and appreciation campaigns
- Supporting our board in individual fundraising efforts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work from home at least once or twice a week
- 7-10+ years of increasing responsibility in non-profit fundraising
- Proven track record of fundraising success
- Knowledge of development best practices, trends in development, fundraising tools and technology
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
- Proven experience coordinating and executing large scale events
