Remote Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Manager to support a Medicare Appeals/Claims platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative culture
• Define project roadmaps and ensure on-time delivery of software releases while maintaining quality standards
• Oversee technical aspects including architecture reviews, coding practices, and system integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in application and/or system development
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams in an agile environment
• Proven ability to ensure timely delivery of features that meet acceptance criteria
• Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and obtain a Public Trust clearance
