Job Summary
A non-profit animal welfare organization has an open position for a Remote Development Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support core administrative and operations functions of all Development teams
- Support data quality and entry, providing project and administrative support to Division Operations, and ensuring consistent procedures are developed and implemented across the department
- Proactively ensure donor and partner data is entered into CRM platofrm correctly, updates at regular intervals, and includes relevant coding per each team's processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to lead post-award grants management processes
- Ability to setup of grant fund accounts, monitor timely spend-down of grant balances, and serve as liaison between fundraising and Finance staff
- Ability to direct reclassification of grant expenses using financial systems reports to identify allowable expenditures
- Ability to coordinate with the Finance teams to process and approve for manual adjustment
- Ability to assist fundraising staff to enhance their abilities to generate revenue by maintaining accurate donor, prospect management, and revenue records
- Ability to collect and disperse data necessary to advance Development projects, strategies, and goals
