Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting correct priorities for ongoing issues
- Working with other software partners to resolve customer issues
- Analyzing scenarios of software implementations and providing solutions for problems

- Trouble shooting skills with multi-threaded applications
- Jenkins user
- Measurable level of experience in multiple operating systems
- Measurable level of experience with continuous integration
- Measurable level of experience with Docker, AWS and Configuration Management tools
