Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Development Tools Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Write and maintain JavaScript code related to the build system and supporting libraries
  • Design and revise architectural improvements based on performance and Developer Experience codes
  • Produce documentation for developers to learn our system

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in JavaScript development with Node.js and ES6
  • Familiarity with ASTs and authoring Babel Plugins
  • Experience contributing to open source projects via GitHub
  • Understanding of modern development processes, such as test-driven development, CI/CD, Git workflows, etc
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
