Remote Device Operations Product Manager

Job Summary

A telecommunication company has an open position for a Remote Device Operations Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be accountable for accuracy of device details and technical specifications on all customer touch points
• Assist Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams with functional device testing as appropriate
• Review partner-hosted site for quality assurance of functionality, user experience and device inventory accuracy

Position Requirements Include:

• At least 3 years of relevant Product, Ecommerce or Operational experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Organized, with an innate attention to detail, and can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and with a team
