Job Summary
A telecommunication company has an open position for a Remote Device Operations Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be accountable for accuracy of device details and technical specifications on all customer touch points
- Assist Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams with functional device testing as appropriate
- Review partner-hosted site for quality assurance of functionality, user experience and device inventory accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of relevant Product, Ecommerce or Operational experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Organized, with an innate attention to detail, and can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and with a team
