Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Device Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve device issues and provide support to clients and customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and help desk tickets
  • Ensure devices are functioning properly and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in advanced troubleshooting
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST
  • Willingness to learn on the job and become a Product Expert
  • Basic understanding of maintenance signals from devices
  • Availability for the training schedule of the first five weeks from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST
