Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer has a current position open for a Remote Devices and Services Diversity Equity and Inclusion Programs Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and develop a team of DEI program managers
- Develop and implement the Americas DEI strategy for Devices & Services
- Engage the business stakeholders continuously on the topic of DEI
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience managing teams
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management
- 7+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
- 7+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
