An information technology consulting firm has an open position for a Remote DevOps Coach in Bloomfield.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advising on build and deployment processes to ensure best practices
- Acting as expert on DevOps methods
- Coaching organization through change
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel to Bloomfield, CT
- BS degree in computer science or similar degree (software engineering, information systems / technology)
- An understanding of the principles and values underlying lean and agile flow
- Strong understanding of working from Ops/Customer Service perspective with Value Streams
- Experience in automating workflow and process flows using CI/CD tools
- Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure
- Ability to manage a team and influence others
