An internet marketing company is seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Register and document user requests, incidents and problems
- Follow-up to support cases
- Escalate incidents and problems to higher level support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- IT studies and IT background in tech support
- Schedule flexibility
- 3 years of experience in technical support, infrastructure monitoring, server management and support
- Attention to incidents, problem management and customer service skills
- Knowledge in administration and support of Linux and Windows servers
- Experience in website and e-commerce stores
