Job Summary

A educational technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote DevOps Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering innovative solutions using multiple tools and platforms
  • Managing a mix of platforms
  • Providing technical guidance to team members and stakeholders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have working knowledge of handling Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in AWS
  • 5 years of experience in software design/development and/or operations
  • Experience building and maintaining production systems in AWS
  • B.S. degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent
  • Scripting experience in Bash, Ruby, Python, PowerShell or similar languages
  • 1-2 years of experience creating Docker image and orchestrating container deployments using Kubernetes or similar
