Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote DevOps Engineer in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Writing scripts to automate installations, maintenance, migrations, etc
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting and administering VMs and networks for our hosted infrastructure
  • Running scans, and hardening server images, configuration, networks and environments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Very good Linux knowledge
  • Familiarity with CI/CD piplelines using Jenkins/Circle CI
  • Experience with Chef/Puppet
  • Comfortable scripting in Python and/or Ruby
  • Experience working in a SOC 2, ISO27001, and other compliance environments
