Job Summary
An organization that helps companies with their sales efforts is filling a position for a Remote DevOps Engineering Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scaling the company's Elasticsearch and MongoDB clusters to support data growth
- Tuning the company's MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Leading the strategy, roadmap, and goals for the DevOps team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Face-to-face time with the whole team on all-expenses paid retreats 2x year
- Have 2+ years managing and leading an engineering team
- Have real world experience building scalable systems
- Significant experience with *nix, Python, bash, and Puppet or similar backend systems and frameworks
- Experience working with large databases running on MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Mongo
- Have experience configuring monitoring, logging, and other tools
