Job Summary
An enterprise intelligence company has an open position for a Remote DevSecOps Senior Security Engineer in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing the security role as the first hire on the newly formed DevSecOps team
- Keeping an eye on the progress of security initiatives, at product level which are mapped against security goals
- Performing threat modeling, design, and code reviews to assess security implications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Show curiosity through asking questions, digging into to new technologies, and always trying to grow
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps, security, or similar experience
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Experience using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other programming language knowledge for writing tools and utilities
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001 and/or SOC2 as it relates to Cloud and Infrastructure
