Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dieting Application User Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer-submitted email requests with TLC and in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting and walking users through every step of the mobile application
- Communicating bugs to the appropriate internal stakeholder(s)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fast typist who can handle a large volume of tickets per day
- Ability to learn quickly and think critically to solve user issues
- Excellent written and verbal skills (think: thorough, organized, well-spoken)
- Ability to work well in an open, collaborative team environment
- Must be available for at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
