Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Dieting Application User Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to customer-submitted email requests with TLC and in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and walking users through every step of the mobile application
  • Communicating bugs to the appropriate internal stakeholder(s)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Fast typist who can handle a large volume of tickets per day
  • Ability to learn quickly and think critically to solve user issues
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (think: thorough, organized, well-spoken)
  • Ability to work well in an open, collaborative team environment
  • Must be available for at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
