Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Digital Advertising Customer Success Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing innovative solutions

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an account manager/ customer success in marketing or advertising role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or additional equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Understanding of the digital advertising industry
  • Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
