An IT service management company has a current position open for a Remote Digital Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide BA Services for projects for the Clienteling, Remote Selling App and Client App
  • Manage onboarding of QA team, review test strategy and test cases, support with questions
  • Support with release / go-live coordination

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years of BA experience
  • Retail experience
  • Omni-channel and client facing experience
