A property and casualty insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital Business Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead in every aspect of business design initiatives that are supportive of the Claims Digital Transformation
- Work to re-engineer business process to better meet customer needs
- Enable a digital first operating model
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, related field or considerate expertise in Claims business processes or digital design
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, matrixed working team environment
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences across channels and touchpoints
