Job Summary
An independent customer experience agency has a current position open for a Remote Digital Client Engagement Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Presiding over a book of revenue, including accurate revenue forecasting
- Managing to target margin while utilizing forecasting data to support our staffing and hiring decisions
- Introducing services and present business-driving solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following areas: business, marketing, or communications
- 12+ years of account management experience
- Broad understanding of the digital landscape
- A deep understanding of content management systems, analytics
- Solid experience in formulating and driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps
- Flexible with change; you can prioritize, assess challenges, and implement the best solution
