Job Summary
A genetics and biology technology developer is seeking a Remote Digital Collaboration Services IT Engineer or Senior IT Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing logging, monitoring, and alerting across all layers of collaboration services
- Performing engineering, operations, and maintenance for key collaboration platforms and technologies
- Effectively managing critical business capabilities related to email services including legal-hold and compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and other scripting languages
- Experience, Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure, AWS, Google
- Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, including legal holds
- Able to effectively prioritize work based on business and/or customer impact
- Typically requires 3-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
