Job Summary
A digital-first health and wellbeing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital Communications Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing high volume of emails on a weekly basis through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Segmenting member data sourced from raw data and BI reporting tools
- Creating email from preexisting templates, with client modifications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates Degree and/or 1-4 years of related work experience
- Ability to troubleshoot email HTML and CSS
- Experience working with ESPs such as Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar
- Experience manipulating large lists in Excel using basic functions
- Ability to understand conditional segmentation logic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
