A sporting goods company has an open position for a Remote Digital Consumer Care Services Team Manager in Olney.

  • Manage the call center digital team members
  • Create a culture that is passionate about the consumer, our products, and our brands
  • Be responsible for team member supervision and coaching including review of social media, chats, and review posts

Required Skills:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SAP or similar program experience helpful
  • Previous experience with bicycle or outdoor brands
  • Experience managing a remote workforce/ Call Center staff
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment 3+ years
