A computer networking hardware and software company has an open position for a Remote Digital Content Strategist in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining and executing the content strategy
- Digitizing and automating CX Cloud customer engagement process
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to provide alignment on developed strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of digital content creation and delivery
- 3+ years driving digital content strategy
- Skilled in designing outstanding user experiences
- Understanding of the standard methodologies of content-related site architecture and optimization
- Experience with internal/external training content/instructional design and awareness campaigns
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
