Job Summary

An IT and telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Digital Customer Servicing Account Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Knowing all the players in North America and can build on your pre-existing relationships
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Understanding client’s business, knowing which of our products can help them evolve their business

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years experience selling CPaaS solutions with a deep understanding of APIs
  • Had a successful sales track record
  • Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle, including value proposition and solution selling
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts
  • Interaction with C-level players
