A software developer is seeking a Remote Digital Customer Success Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying retention, risk and expansion opportunities
  • Exposing and Curating content to be leveraged
  • Analyzing data to identify patterns

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing inside sales, customer success, BDR or Product Marketing role
  • Consistent track record of highly-professional customer engagement
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Comfortable demonstrating product functionality
