A software developer is seeking a Remote Digital Customer Success Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying retention, risk and expansion opportunities
- Exposing and Curating content to be leveraged

Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing inside sales, customer success, BDR or Product Marketing role
- Consistent track record of highly-professional customer engagement
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Comfortable demonstrating product functionality
