A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Digital Customer Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create a data driven, one-to-many, omni-channel experience
- Build and lead digital operations
- Develop and execute strategic plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing, leading and/or delivering customer success
- Experience managing customer success
- Proven experience building and leading a team of 10+ people in fast-paced, growing company
- Experience with software development lifecycle
