Job Summary
A company that provides cloud-based file sharing platform has a current position open for a Remote Digital Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create data-driven methods for targeting customer segments considering journey stage, segment, and personal
- Continuously fine-tune our existing processes and pilot new programs to enhance the customer journey
- Build Customer Lifecycle Email Journey content based on personas and product usage data to deliver relevant content to our users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Are motivated by a hands-on approach to both customer and employee management
- University degree BA degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Marketing experience in a SaaS organization
- Customer obsessed mindset
- Experience with creating and executing on tech touch programs relative to Customer Success
- Excellent attention to detail
