Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Digital Development Team Lead in Kenilworth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing full-stack, front-end, and back-end developers, and QA specialists
• Serving as first point of escalation for the Digital Development team
• Championing operational best practices, policies, workflows, and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• Partial onsite presence required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a digital team leader
• Minimum of 3 years having direct management responsibility of developers
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital development role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital project management
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
