An online retailer is seeking a Remote Digital Device Support Group Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-6 Team Managers and 60-100 Technical Support Associates
  • Set individual and team performance expectations and goals
  • Monitor real time service levels and schedule adherence,

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in leading managers and large teams
  • Must be willing to work from home
  • Strong communication skills as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude
