A direct-to-consumer marketer of health, beauty, and pet care brands has a current position open for a Remote Digital Direct Buy Marketing Manager in Woodland Hills.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team within the direct buy department, and hiring as needed to develop direct buy team
- Partnering with Direct Buy Director to establish departmental goals and strategy
- Discovering, contacting, negotiating, and closing contracts with new traffic sources
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years performance based digital marketing experience
- Experience managing 6 figure monthly marketing budgets
- Proven track record of building, developing, and leading a team
- Experience managing external marketing partners
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
