Job Summary
A Christian non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Digital Engagement Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to prayer requests, reply to user comments, answer questions and moderate channels
- Engage users through various digital channels
- Service multiple-channel transactions to encourage financial support
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of mobile and desktop navigation
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
- Ability to communicate professionally on multiple channels with strong written communication skills
- Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols
