Job Summary
A digital product design platform company is in need of a Remote Digital Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work in partnership with Account Executives to align and execute against an account strategy for each customer
- Deliver best practices for product design within different verticals and environments
- Manage the post-sale relationship
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel on-site when needed, typically about 15% travel expected
- Experience managing client renewals
- 5+ years in a client-facing, post-sales role
- Ability to show business value of a product
- Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a product, and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
