Job Summary

A digital product design platform company is in need of a Remote Digital Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work in partnership with Account Executives to align and execute against an account strategy for each customer
  • Deliver best practices for product design within different verticals and environments
  • Manage the post-sale relationship

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel on-site when needed, typically about 15% travel expected
  • Experience managing client renewals
  • 5+ years in a client-facing, post-sales role
  • Ability to show business value of a product
  • Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a product, and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
