Job Summary
A manufacturer of cleaning products is filling a position for a Remote Digital Experience Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Design Strategy, Product Management and UX practices
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with brand marketers to ensure alignment with broader business goals and consumer journeys
- Create winning tactical plans based on business strategy and defined KPIs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma, or Equivalent
- 7+ years' experience with a combination of UX Design and Product Management, at least 4 years leading teams
- Background in marketing-led projects, specifically large brand websites
- Empathy skills to develop an acute awareness of consumer’s unmet needs and goals
- Strong background in user research, usability testing, and digital marketing analytics
