Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Digital Experience Customer Success Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist accounts through defined implementation and onboarding process
  • Consult during the onboarding process regarding best practices
  • Manage 150+ smaller customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year customer-facing experience as a CSM, BDR, Sales, Support or Consultant
  • Basic understanding of Customer Success principles
  • Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts
  • Communicates effectively in 1:1 or small group settings
