Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Digital Experience Customer Success Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist accounts through defined implementation and onboarding process
- Consult during the onboarding process regarding best practices
- Manage 150+ smaller customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1+ year customer-facing experience as a CSM, BDR, Sales, Support or Consultant
- Basic understanding of Customer Success principles
- Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts
- Communicates effectively in 1:1 or small group settings
