Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Digital Experience Strategist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting ongoing and future projects, owning the digital experience roadmap, documenting and mapping information architecture
- Working closely with other members of the Digital Engagement team
- Serving as the UX strategist in evaluating changes to company's digital experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 to 15 years of experience leading and managing projects intended to improve the user's journey
- Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and project timelines
- Experience creating and overseeing processes for reviewing, documenting, and interpreting web analytics in conjunction with user data
- Demonstrated respect for and interest in web accessibility
- Strong desire to collaborate with colleagues
- Superior communication abilities - written and verbal
