Job Summary

A non-profit political organization is filling a position for a Remote Digital Fundraising Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the development of an innovative long-term strategic plan
  • Developing effective multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns
  • Establishing revenue and key performance indicators

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A strong racial justice analysis, informed by campaign experience
  • 5 years+ previous experience
  • Experience developing content for a high-volume email program, including rapid-response campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, driven by fundraising optimization and testing knowledge
