Job Summary
A women’s health and technology company is seeking a Remote Digital Health Coach Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing our team of part-time digital health coaches, ensuring positive team morale, as well as high quality delivery of the coaching service
- Managing the coaching team: ensuring that all documentation of all coaches’ licensure and certification are kept current
- Managing effective delivery of coaching services including asynchronous messaging, Care Finder services, telephonic services, and other coaching services as they arise
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with active license
- 5+ years of experience in maternal-child nursing
- Proven successful experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, high-quality, evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice and birth equity
- Demonstrated superior time and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects with flexibility and agility
