Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Digital Health Coach in Lexington.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Discovering and driving digital health coaching best practices
  • Guiding participants through our online program
  • Helping participants track their progress

Required Skills:

  • Some travel may be required for in-person team meetings, typically a few times each year
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Must possess an active, unrestricted Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification
  • 5+ years of experience of direct adult diabetes care (not including training)
  • A strong commitment to participant privacy
  • Must reside in the state of Kentucky
