A leader in digital identity verification technology is filling a position for a Remote Digital Identity Verification Customer Experience Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement various types of measurement tools
  • Develop, implement and orchestrate a mechanism for clients
  • Design and implement a client wide schedule

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management, Sales Operations or Business Analyst role  
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action
  • A self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing circumstances and priorities
