A leader in digital identity verification technology is filling a position for a Remote Digital Identity Verification Customer Experience Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement various types of measurement tools
- Develop, implement and orchestrate a mechanism for clients
- Design and implement a client wide schedule
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management, Sales Operations or Business Analyst role
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action
- A self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing circumstances and priorities
