Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Innovation Director.

Must be able to:

  • Own the innovation framework, improvements, and guide the process to deliver
  • Analyze market trends and opportunities to support annual and long term innovation planning and inform strategic decisions
  • Partner with BD for digital innovation and data in support of client needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrable experience in commercialization and clinical research operations
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in program management, management consulting, strategy or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience introducing new and innovative technologies that enable improved business performance across a variety of functions
  • Proven strategic thought leadership and demonstrated experience driving innovation and change with an agile mindset and flow
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and drive senior level meetings
