Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Learning Designer.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials
- Use appropriate tools and delivery methods to produce blended learning materials
- Ensure all training programs are consistent and ready for a potentially global audience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent graphic design work experience
- Advanced knowledge of media development (image, video, audio)
- Experience designing, developing, planning, implementing and assessing training
- Skills in one or more of the following; Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- An eye for visual design and a knack for creating great user experiences
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal skills
