Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Digital Learning Success Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting ILP progress sessions with students
• Serving as point of contact for student onboarding
• Directly supporting an assigned group of up to 150 students

Required Skills:

• Some travel within Arizona may be required and/or highly encouraged
• Participate in school meetings, trainings and committees, as scheduled
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in guidance counseling and/or academic coaching for high school students
• Exceptional customer service, advising and counseling skills
