Job Summary

Account / Project Manager

We are looking for a driven and take-charge Account Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance and success of client accounts.

The AM will work across teams to ensure seamless account on-boarding and retention through website and landing page development, digital ad campaigns, lead management, and overall client business success. This role requires someone who has a go-getter attitude and is comfortable evaluating issues, making decisions, providing recommendations to clients, and directing teams to produce the best solution.

Client Management
Daily / weekly / monthly communication with clients
Work with clients to overcome lead generation challenges and solve marketing problems
Analyze ad performance data and offer recommendations for improvement to client and to ad teams to generate more leads
Audit lead management and offer suggestions for improvement to client and client staff to help convert more leads into customers
Train client and client staff on software, tools, and other items as needed

Project Management
Oversee a smooth and enjoyable client on-boarding process
Manage client lead management setup, configuration, customization, and maintenance
Manage client digital advertising set-up, targeting, budgeting, messaging, and optimization
Manage client website and landing page development and maintenance, including SEO
Manage client email marketing set-up, design, build-out, scheduling, and contact lists
Manage other aspects of client marketing and lead generation package as needed

Sales Collaboration
Creatively solve client challenges within contract scope
Upgrade client to new packages and services for out-of-scope items

Team Collaboration
Manage client projects as they move through different teams
Work with team on special projects as needed

Experience
2+ years account/client management/customer service in agency setting

Exquisite attention to detail, good grammar, and excellent spelling (if you can't spell exquisite without Googling it - GTFO)
Impressive critical thinking and problem-solving skills - we want someone who actually uses their brain, thinks through things, and develops effective solutions
Team player who can coordinate between teams to quickly get what they need to get the job done well
Good time-management skills and project management skills - ability to juggle multiple projects at once and get everything done ahead of schedule
Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate needs, marketing messaging, and more
Ability to adapt very quickly to changing situations and priorities without hesitation
