Job Summary
A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Digital Marketing Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Successfully managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Responding to client questions and requests
- Providing education and helping clients achieve a basic understanding of our services
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role
- 1 year experience in a digital marketing role - Agency experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of and/or hands-on experience in digital marketing and web technologies
- Thorough understanding of SEO and/or Paid Media (PPC and paid social)
