Remote Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Summary

Part-Time Remote positions. Some of our team members do work 25 to 40 hours a week, depending on the number of clients they work with.
The pay rate starts at $18/hour with 1-2+ years of experience. We consider our team members for regular pay rate increases, every 6 months, between the range of $18-21/hour. This is not negotiable.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for being the eyes and ears of your client. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Responsible for the strategy and execution of social media across the client's channels.
Collaborate with the client and/or the client's marketing team to understand current marketing initiatives and strategies and plan to leverage the social media space when applicable.
Strategize with the client and team to create and improve social media plan.
Responsible for publishing content across all social channels for the client.
Handles all commenting and direct messaging across all client's social channels with the support of the client.
Create and maintain email campaigns and funnels.
Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics by working with the client and/or their marketing team to hone in on content that resonates.
Specifically looking for podcast editors, YouTube experts, and LinkedIn experts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Advanced social media content and graphic skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
