Job Summary

A digital marketing firm has a current position open for a Remote Digital Marketing Customer Relationship Management Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Onboarding clients to CRM services
• Developing customer contact strategy for clients
• Presenting strategy to clients and adjusting planning as needed

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years experience managing email/SMS campaigns for eComm direct-response companies
• High degree of familiarity with Klaviyo, and experience with other ESPs and SMS platforms
• Some experience in secondary CRM aspects such as referral & loyalty
• Ability to effectively analyze customer data to design customized strategies
• Demonstrable track record in CRUSHING performance goals for employers or clients
• Client-facing communications experience
