A financial services and technology company is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and nurturing a team of growth marketers
- Recruiting, leading and nurturing a team of in-house website experts
- Managing and sourcing contractors or agencies as needed to augment staffing and specialized digital marketing skill sets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong digital marketing acumen
- Expert level knowledge of website and paid digital media and digital marketing analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in leading successful digital marketing (website) and growth marketing (paid digital channels) teams
- Demonstrated success in leading teams that execute and optimize paid digital marketing programs
- Knowledge and experience with data security and privacy regulations
